    Gold-to-gold tier match, Nordic carriers

    If you hold gold on one Nordic airline program, the partner program will grant an equivalent tier for twelve months. You submit a screenshot of your current card and a booking reference for any upcoming flight with them. Approval has been taking three to five working days.

    Free-night certificate reissue on request

    Certificates that expired in the past twelve months can be reissued once through chat support, provided the account shows at least one paid stay in that period. The reissued certificate carries a fresh twelve-month window. Support agents do not offer this unless asked directly.

    Rail card renewal at the member rate

    Renewing inside the 30-day window before your card expires keeps the 20% member rate for another year. Renewing even a day after expiry resets you to the public price and a new eligibility check. The app shows the window under "My cards"; the website does not.

    Coffee card double-stamp weeks

    Two chains in Turku and Helsinki are running double-stamp weeks in their apps until the third week of September. Stamps only double on purchases paid through the app, not the physical card. Ten stamps still equals one free drink, so a full card now takes five visits.

    Receipt-upload perk for in-store purchases

    One grocery membership credits points for paper receipts photographed within seven days, covering purchases where you forgot to scan your card. Up to five receipts a month. Most members never use it, which is why it is still running.

    Föli fare-cap refund for the previous month

    Riders who paid single fares above the monthly cap in August can file for the difference until the end of September. The refund lands on the travel card, not a bank account. You need the card number and the month; trips are pulled automatically.

    Annual-plan partner access, streaming bundle

    Annual subscribers of one Nordic streaming service are reported to receive six months of a partner audio service on request. We have one confirmed member account and are waiting on a second before marking this verified. Treat as likely, not certain.

E-2308 Hotel late-checkout on points stays
Withdrawn by the program on 4 September. The benefit now applies only to cash stays.
E-2311 Airline lounge pass rollover
Lapsed 31 August as scheduled. Passes issued in 2025 can no longer be carried into 2026.
E-2313 Pharmacy membership birthday credit
Still live, but moved to the retail drawer and will reappear in issue 25 with a corrected claim window.
E-2315 Ferry loyalty double-points weekend
Ended 7 September. Points from the weekend were credited within three days for every account we checked.
