Who is responsible

What we collect and why

We do not collect names, phone numbers, location, payment details or anything about the membership programs you belong to. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics script.
Legal basis
Sending the ledger relies on your consent, given when you enter your address and confirm it from the email we send. Delivery records and suppression lists rely on our legitimate interest in running a mailing list properly and honouring opt-outs. You can withdraw consent at any time; doing so does not affect what happened before.
Who processes it for us
- ElasticEmail delivers the ledger and records bounces, opens and clicks on our behalf. Their servers handle your address only for that purpose.
- Our web host serves this site. Standard server logs record IP addresses and requested pages for up to 14 days for security and fault-finding.
Nobody else receives your address. We do not sell, rent, swap or lend the list, and we do not share it with any membership program we write about.
Where it is stored
Our own records are kept in the European Economic Area. ElasticEmail may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; their current arrangements are set out in their own data-processing terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to contact@alobonusx.com from the address on file, or explain how we can verify it is you. We reply within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Leaving the list
Every issue carries an unsubscribe link in its footer. Clicking it removes you without a login or a survey; the change takes effect within 24 hours. You can also email the contact address above. Once removed, your address is kept on a suppression list for 30 days so that a delayed send cannot reach you, then deleted.
Children
The ledger is written for adults who hold membership accounts. We do not knowingly keep addresses belonging to anyone under 16. If one has ended up on the list, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
If we change anything material, the next ledger will say so in its footer and the revision date at the top of this page will move. Older versions are available on request.
