1. Who we are

alobonusx.com and the ledger are published by the AloBonusX perks desk, Yliopistonkatu 27 B, 20100 Turku, Finland. Contact: contact@alobonusx.com. By using the site or subscribing, you accept these terms.

2. What the ledger is

The ledger is an editorial summary of membership and loyalty perks that we have observed in program terms, member communications and, where possible, real member accounts. It is information, not advice, and not an offer from us. Every perk is granted by the program that runs it, on that program's terms, which can change without notice to us.

3. Accuracy and what we cannot promise

• We check entries before publishing and mark the ones still awaiting a second confirmation. Even so, programs change, regional rules differ and individual accounts vary. An entry may be out of date by the time you read it.
• We do not promise that any perk will be granted to you, that a code will work on your account, or that a program will honour what it told us.
• Lapse dates are the best information we have. Treat them as a deadline to act before, not a guarantee that a perk is open until then.

4. Codes and links

Codes shown in the ledger are published by the programs themselves; we reproduce them and do not create our own. Links lead to program sites or app listings that we do not control. Their content, availability and privacy practices are theirs. We do not earn commission or any other payment from claims made through the ledger, and we are not affiliated with any program we write about. Program names and marks belong to their owners.

5. Your side of it

• Use the ledger for your own membership accounts. Do not resell, scrape or republish it in bulk.
• Follow each program's own rules when you claim. If a program limits a perk to one per member, one per household or a specific region, that limit is theirs to enforce and yours to respect.
• Subscribe only with an address you control. Do not enter other people's addresses.

6. Email subscription

Subscribing means you agree to receive the ledger every second Thursday, at most 26 issues a year, plus a one-time confirmation message. You can unsubscribe from any issue with the link in its footer or by emailing us; the change takes effect within 24 hours. How we handle your address is described in the privacy notice. Our sending practice follows the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable EU rules: accurate sender information, a working unsubscribe mechanism and a real postal address in every issue.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the ledger, from a program refusing or withdrawing a perk, from a code not working, or from a linked site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law, including for damage caused deliberately or by gross negligence.

8. Our content

The text, layout and design of this site and the ledger are ours. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Anything more needs written permission from the contact address above.

9. Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms; the revision date at the top moves when we do, and a material change is flagged in the next ledger. We may pause or stop publishing the ledger at any time. You may stop using the site or unsubscribe at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are handled by the District Court of Southwest Finland (Varsinais-Suomen käräjäoikeus) in Turku, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to a court in your own country.
